Does Net2Phone work behind Squid or Fire

I am in a great desire to use Net2Phone from clients PCs running on Windows 95/98 which are connected with Linux RedHat Server 7.1 through LAN. Is Squid Proxy Server capable of this thing or there need some firewall settings on the RedHat 7.1 Serverto enable Net2Phone as well as MSN and Yahoo voice chatting communication on the client PCs?
