Does PFDAVAdmin affect Calendar sub-folders?

We are about to give access to everyone to see each others calendar. we’re looking at using PFDAVAdmin, with the “set Calendar Permissions” tool.

what i want to know, is if someone sets up a subfolder under calendar, with which they want to keep private will this be overridden or not?
