Domain controller failure

I have my domain controller setup on an old Dell PowerEdge 1400 which is about to break down anytime. So i would like to find out, how can i setup a new domain controller (on a new machine) to replace the old one in the existing network without having to reassign every users(100 users) on the domain again.
