domains

I got a system that’s on a domain,but has access to another domain,only able
to veiw a shared drive on that domain,
system worked at firs,but continously
disconnects,and now want connect at
all,I can’t even ping the shared drive
on the domain,I can ping the domain
though.does anyone have in suggestion on
what i should do?
