Domains to Share (File & Print Sharing)

I have two domains with different ip addresses (i.e. 111.222.0.1 and 10.10.10.1) how could i make this two servers communicate to each others to share files and printers. I am still trying to read books but until now i have not got the answers to this. Need some help. ((Just a question, Would TCP/IP routing helps?…because this one I did read it in a magazine.))
