doubtful question

Dear sir,

i want to know some problems occuring in pc support machines…

1. In hplaptop i can’t open a folder when i am clicking the folder it shows network path not found.so what is the problem..how to open this folder..i got admin user and password..how can i solve the problems .can u give the frequent steps to taken..hoping a very good specific answer..
