Drive not found error message

We have Red Hat Linux 7.3 machine connected to a SAN, all the sudden the started giving us problems, yesterday stopped working, we bounced and it came back with a “Drive not found” error message, the machine does not have a driver installed, it uses the one on the SAN, any idea?
