driver detective not loadable

I get an error ” Component RICHTX32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid”
I believe this is supposed to be included in the download and opened in the zip files to be installed. This makes the program unusable top anyone downloading and trying to use it.
