Hi we run a free pc repair service at our local community center. This is run once a week for 3 hours, this not given us a lot of time to help people with their computer. Our biggest trouble is finding correct drivers for each computer that needs them installed or updated. We use programs to scan and indentify motherboards but this doest always help us. Also we still have to go looking for the drivers and sometimes we get the wrong one and have to look again. This takes a lot of time and we hope to reduce this time. We are looking for a driver?s software package that will scan and update drivers for us. I have been reading about them and not sure. Free packages would be good but we do have money to spend. We need it for XP.
