Droid Woes

Hi Techies,
This is one of the worst snafus ever.This is the BSOD of androids. This is infuriating. It all began with the slow bloody network: the ‘E’ and ‘H’problem? To rectify it, I downloaded the Android Secret Codes app and the rest, as they say, was a disaster.
The code that I pressed was this: *#0*#This displayed an array of coloured boxes which were all ‘geek’ to me. Then I, ‘accidentlike’, pressed a blue box in the top extreme right corner. An arrow appeared which upon pressing, produced a billion shortcuts which disappeared when I ‘repressed’ the arrow.Now the arrow refuses to go away (just likemy mom-in-law). So can you guys help meget rid of my mom in law, er, the arrow?
I am using samsung galaxy grand quattro I8552.
