dropdown lists and check boxes in data entry form

When I am trying to put thedropdown lists or the check boxes in my
worksheet and then check to see if they also appear in the data entry
form, they don’t show up. The only thing I can do is use validation, which
gives an error if something wrong has been entered, but I can’t construct
a check box or so in the entry form
