Dual Boot Linux 7.1 and W2K Pro

How do you set up a machine to dual boot W2K Pro and Linux 7.1, I installed Linux 7.1 in a different hard drive but I will like to set it up to dual boot with W2k Pro, W2K pro is already installed on another hard drive. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
