Dual Boot Win200 Win NT

I haven not been able to dual boot Between NT 4.0 and 2000.
I first Installed NT 4.0 and then 2000 on seperate partitions but after 2000 Installation I was not able to boot NT 4.0

I tried the same with Win98 and 2000, Same Result. I am using FAT on all Partitions.
