Dual Boot Win98 with Win2k

Hi,
I recently installed win2k to dual boot with my original OS- win98.
I need to now delete the WIN2K installation from the partitioned hard disk. I have tried to delete the partition using win98’s FDISK, and WIN2K setup on the CD. Neither of which delete the WIN2K partition.
The WIN2K partition is in NTFS.

Please let me know what i can do, to delete the WIN2K installation.
