DUNning Win2K W/S to a Win98 W/s

How do I use Dial-Up Networking to connect a Win98 W/s to a Win2K Pro. At the moment I have configured the Win98 to dial the Win2k and have configured the Win2k to accept incoming connections via modem but the call is not being picked up by Win2K.
Any Suggestions??
