dvd to vcd conversion for burning URGENT.

Please i need help urgently to convert a dvd to cd and then burn. What software can i use and the procedure. I have a quick job i got to do and i’ve got less than 6hrs to dead line. If this is a possibility, i have about 25 cds to write.
Also, i am tryin to extract and compress to dvd videos into one dvd.
please, this will be saving my life and integrity. Collected mony in advance; tot it’ll be nothing at all.
PLEASE SOME BODY, GODSENT, HELP ME!!!
