E-Commerce Info Needed

Ok all You Super Techs out there, I been designing Web Sites for Fun for years, I made lots of Babes Sites, I made a GUI Kinda a Links Site, I made Editorial Pages, and Midi pages, and all kinds of stuff, but all Play and No work makes Jack a Poor Boy, so Now I gotta figure out how to actually do this Shopping Cart thing, and Hook up with the Visa Secure Server and stuff like that. I feel like I’m setting out to Slay the Dragon of E-commerce, so how does all of this stuff work, how does it all hook together? And how do I keep MR. Government buttwipe for arresting me for some Business violation I wasn’t aware of? Ok Guys and Babes, fill me in will ya?
