E-mail

I don’t know how but all my e-mails are shifted to inbox of microsoft outlook 2003 and no e-mails are seen at my e-mail id. Because of this I am unable to access these e-mails from my office computer. Can anyone tell me how to shift these e-mails from inbox of ms outlook to inbox of my e-mails provider?
