E-MAIL BLASTS THRU OUTLOOK

I work for a resort and I’m trying to send an e-mail blast to our clients using microsoft word to create the document and then Microsoft outlook to send the document. I want the document to just automatically come up when the client opens his e-mail. No attachment to open or anything. Problem..each time I create the document when I go to send it it looks funny. All the photos are off as well as the text…WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? please help somebody. I’ve cut and pasted and everything but nothing is working.
