e-mail in Access 2007

I want to e-mail individual/current records in Access. It seems Access only supoports sending all the records in a data base which must be ridiculous. I want to complete a form, print a hard copy which is not a problem and then e-mail the record to another party, either as a form or as a report. Can anyone help please.
