e-mail response management

Hi
I recently downloaded a version of the article “eGain Commerce eCRM
Products” from TechRepublic. I found it very informative and now I’m on the hunt for
similar articles on other eCRM vendors.

I am especially interested in e-mail response management systems. I am looking into technical structure and pricing on these systems.
