e-measuring of customers’ needs (CRM)

Im finding it very difficult to pinpiont
CRM vendors that stress the important issues of measuring customer needs and satisfaction within the various CRM packages available on the market today.
Does anyone have an idea of where I can recieve objective information on these specific parameters?
Anyone know of sites with press releases or feedback on software that touch on these two parameters?
