Easy NT 4.0 question… server vs seat

When installing NT 4 which is the preferred of the 2 to select and why?

Im having a brain cramp and for the life of me I can’t remember which one to choose. It’s been a while since I’ve had to install NT 4.0 so I’ve forgotten.
