Editing Boot Sequence

Hi IT Gurus,

I?ve installed three Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista & Fedora – Linux) on my machine. Now, it gives me just 1 second to select the OS?s then boots to Fedora (Linux). How do I edit the Boot sequence to give me time to select the OS?s? 
