What are the latest innovative features and tools introduced in the recent updates of PicsArt, and how do they contribute to enhancing the user experience and creative capabilities within the app? I am using PicsArt software since last 3 years for editing purpose. Why it runs not smoothly on my phone. I download it from PicsArt which is an apk mod. Should I be using Paid software. Need Assistance
