Email 90 day deletion policy

Hi,

Our company is looking at implimenting a 90 day auto-deletion policy for email and want to give users the ability to retain emails in compliance with our corporate retention policy within their inbox. We’re debating over what bucket approach to take. Does anyone have any experience with implimenting a retention strategy for email?
