Email entry without a password

Hi! My email account will allow anyone to access it because any password will open it! My provider has never heard of this problem and says it must be a problem on my laptop. With a different Cpu they were able to reset it and within a week it became problematic. After contacting them for the third time, I have no idea what to do! Any suggestions??
