Email filtering Software

We’re looking to get some software that we can use to block attachments, filter out spam, etc. that has some decent reporting features for our 3 site Exchange 5.5 enviroment. Any suggestions? We’ve looked at McAfee Groupshield, Norton MailGear, and GDI Mail Essentials.
