Email Hyperlinks

I have created a simple hyperlink in a Excel Spreadsheet, that when you click on it it will send an email to my email address. I want to distrubute this spreadsheet to my co-workers, and when they click on the hyperlink it will email the spreadsheet back to me, with out forcing the user to attach the spreadsheet. Can someone help me with this? I am using Excel 2007 woth Outlook Exchange 2007. Thank you!!
