Email Login In

I haven’t been able to get into my email for over a week now. A secutiy firewall kept trying to get onto my computer,I had to hire someone to get that off, I still am not able to get into my email. it is my main account for biusiness. I am so frustrated. I eve signed up for a new email address so I could try to merge the 2 together Help
