Email re-routed instead of delivery

Is it possible to re-route one user account’s email to a destinated account instead of the recipant.
IE, User A suppose sending to B, C or D, it will never reach there, instead, all email sent to X account for monitoring.
OS is Cobalt’s (Red Hat)Linux, using sendmail.
