email trace

Regarding email trace, I got a mail from one of my family member and told to me , iam not feeling well..like that… etc , i search in google to trace the email address. in google one url is given ie) ip2location.com in that some of email ip is not showing

Please give me the solution for this. Iam waiting for ur reply..
