Embark on UNIX

Hai,
I am a network administrator with MCSE and CCNA. I am currently managing a network which is purely WINDOWS (NT 4, 2k).To manage enterprise networks and administer cross platforms I am seeking help and guidance
1.To start learning UNIX.
2.To know the different flavors of UNIX
3.Those web sites and books available for learning and downloading.
