‘Employee Information System’ using JSP/J2EE

Hi friends,
I have to work on a 1 month project of ‘Employee
Information System’ using JSP/J2EE.
Iam new to the technology.

I would like to know about:

1) Specifications, Documents & templates needed for EIS

2) How to retrieve a record from SQL server to the front end HTML page using JSP
