Enhancement Function Point Calculation

I want to use Function Point Analysis for calculating the size of an Enhancement project. Can someone help me out ? Usually in Enhancement projects the coding effort is minimal, most of the effort is spent in Impact Analysis and System / regression testing. When I do an FP count how should the time spent for testing the entire system come in to picture ? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance ….Vinod
