Enterprise Router and Swtich opinions

I would like some opinions here.
My company presently utilizes Nortel for all home office and branch routers and switches.
Our upper management wants to run from Nortel due to their current financial issues.
Now while I don’t know that I agree with this decision I have no choice but to explore other vendors.
So what’s everyone’s opinion on this?
Cisco? HP? Juniper?
