entourage pdf issues.

We are currently testing entourage 2008 in our art department. Only one user has it installed and when he e-mails a pdf to another user(which is using OWA with exchange 2007) it comes over a a pdf.html. The user is unable to open the pdf. Tried changing to pdf.html to just pdf. no luck. Would like to know how to send it as just a pdf or how to open the pdf.html in acrobat 7.
