EPO Agent server problems.

We are experiencing a problems with the EPO server whereby the EPO Agent software shuts itself down and we always need to stop and start the services to get it running, if you open the software on the server and leave it for about 5-10min without refreshing or working on it, it then goes inoperable, pls assist
