error 25000 : could not create unique realmID

Hi everybody !
who can support for me ?
I am installing RSA Authentication Manager over Microsoft window 2003 .
when I has install RSA Authentication Manager , progess tell me : ” could not create unique realmID ” and I not install this software yet .
Help me !!!
