Error 720: Windows XP Networking issue

Hi,

I am receiving the following error on my Windows XP SP2 (Lenevo T60p)

Error 720: A connection to the remote computer could not be established

I a unable to connect using dial up connection. However the same connection works if use some other PC. Is there a way to resolve it.

It verifies the username/password then during negotiating protocols it seems to fail. I tried verifying setting amongst diferent systems, they are same, but still it doesnt works on my laptop.
