Error Code 0xc000000e

So I got this error, and almost every single way I found I could fix it is by going on Repair Tools, one of the options is “Press F1 to enter Repair Enviroment” but everytime i click it, it just reloads the same page.

I got into this by cracking something, and then it began installing another thing and it lead me to this error page, I think it’s some corrupted file.

Can anyone help? The main problem here is getting into the recovery tools I guess.
