Error Msg

I am getting this error message when I am trying to establish my VPN, and I keep getting this error message 752 and 751. They say that the server refused the network connection.
I am running three hp 933mhz pentium III’s, with an existing physical ethernet network in one office that I am trying to connect to another computer in another city via VPN. The server is MSSQL 7.0, and I do have a firewall -sygate firewall that I am disabling just to get the stupid thing to work.
