Regarding the Automated Trouble Ticket Tool spreadsheet, I am encountering an error in the Update Ticket dialog. After selecting either the ticket number or Caller id from the associated drop downs, I get a ‘Run Time Error 1004’ – Method ‘Range’ of object ‘_Global’ failed.
