Establishing a fair Service Contract

I have a young (2 yr) growing business in IT Consulting and Service. I have a few clients who have asked what I would charge for a service contract and what it would entail. Where can I find a good resource or outline for developing a fair service contract? Are there any do’s and don’t to look out for?
