Ethernet Controller Installation

I am having a problem getting an ethernet controller to install. It is listed in device manager with the yellow question mark, but it won’t let me update the drivers.

This machine using a EP-8RGA+ motherboard with integrated LAN. I have tried downloading drivers on a different machine, but the only one I seem to get is for a monitoring program.

Does anyone have any ideas? I don’t have the motherboard disks (trying to locate some).

The dialup works fine but times out so fast I can’t get anything updated.
