I am a technical Advisor to many user companies. I was recently request to develop tools to bench mark IT vendor Quality in the following areas.

Help Desk
Return to Base repairs
Sales process
On site repairs
After Sales followup
Communication from Vendors (IT and Account related)

What are the standards in this murky world of quality.
