Event ID 534 sbsmonacct on SBS

I have been getting this error in the log for some time. logon type is 2 process is advapi.
SBS.
I have read the MS solution entailing removing the administrator group from remote operators and domain power users groups. I have done this and the error still generates each moring at 4:30 am. There are no other groups present in the remote operators group. Is this a monitoring issue? Anybody have a resolve for this.
