Excel 2003 Track changes on Separate Spreadsheets

I know you can track changes on a spreadsheet with multiple people entering data, but is there a way to track changes on two spreadsheets with almost the same data? I have one spreadsheet that has Firm Name, Address, City, State, Zip, License Description, Effective Date and Expiration Date. I have another spreadsheet that has the same columns except there is not one for Firm Name. I am trying to see if the data is the same on both. There are almost 6,000 entries so would hate to have to compare them one by one.
