Excel 2007 – Sort with pictures

I have and Excel 2007 workbook with pictures in column X.
The pictures are set to Move and size with cells.
If I sort the data A to Z by Column C the pictures stay put and the rest of the data sorts perfectly.

In 2003 the pictures would sort with the data, any ideas how to make them sort with the data in 2007?
