Excel – auto entry of date & time worksheet entered and when closed.

I need to automatically (without the knowledge of the user) have the date and time entered when an employee opens a workbook and the time when they close the workbook. It would be even nicer if there could be a way to track the last three times they did this.

Is there a way to do this without the user having to enter anything?
